One time I went hiking in the rain on the Big Island in an area that was like something from a prehistoric movie, very special. I love your quilt, btw. Luckily Hawaii has no leeks (and no snakes)! To get them off you should really just sprinkle them with salt which makes them drop off, but I always forget the salt, and for some reason they seem to find me tastier than anyone else.
